• Calculate the annual training budget for different verticals and levels.• To facilitate the deployment of OD interventions.• To create modules for the MDP program. • To provide training to all the related functional departments.• To evaluate and benchmark the post-training performance of the team and department.• Prepare SOP and WI once the project is fully functional.• To identify potential interventions that can positively affect employee engagement.
