Prioritize features based on customer needs and technical feasibility, and manage the backlog to keep development focused.Working with developers and QA to ensure features are implemented to specifications and sometimes testing the product myself to ensure quality standards, coordinating timelines and resources for smooth execution.Brainstorm with the Founders, finalize launch plans, and coordinate with our Marketing consultant to execute the online promotions to ensure effective product positioning and a successful market entry. Coordinating with various Associations to schedule a training session for their members and presenting in various forums, conducting demos online. Define key performance metrics such as the number of Ads accumulated, the number of matches made on a day-to-day basis, and the number of matches made, the matches viewed by users and analyze product performance, collect feedback from the users, and meet them to understand the issues and feedback and pass the feedback and improvise the UI or building a feature based in case of a recurring theme. Finally, offering our solution to the clients on a subscription or monthly billable based on the product. Staying connected, meeting them once every quarter, and generating more referrals to create opportunities.
