 Significant contribution in ongoing Manufacturing Excellence Program (including 5S System, Kaizen, 3M System, Autonomous Maintenance, SMED, Poka Yoke, etc. Planning of Finning based on the capacity of different machine while making loading plan for CNC machines of machine shop. Studying job drawing and making materials list based on that, monthly planning of ACC and ACHE bundles fabrication. Indenting different components based on requirements of project and customer requirements. Maintaining all ISO documentation.  Increase production of Finning and ACC bundles, through proper planning of material and developing new operators. Vendors developed and got maximum out sourcing for less value added jobs. Self inspection introduced and improved quality of products.  Member of Autonomous Maintenance team for Overall Equipment Effectiveness  calculation and improving efficiency of a Tube Finning m/c. Worked as a Zonal Leader and implemented 5s and Kaizen.
