From Oct ‘12 to till date.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of transformer design based on customer specification. Specialization: Oil filled distribution 3-Phase & 1-Phase Distribution and power transformers up to 220kV class. Familiar with Amorphous and CRGO Core Distribution Transformer. Development activities in optimization of design & supporting to the software development team. Design of foil winding transformers. Designing of Layer, Helical, Cross over, Disc winding transformer. Attending customer review meetings for Technical related clarifications.  Reading and interpreting customer specifications, and designing the transformer as per those specifications.  Issuing the Procurement details, winding & Insulation details to manufacturing. Preparation manufacturing drawing in MS Excel & Auto CAD format as per design parameter. Preparation of Detailed Bill of Materials Using SAP/ERP/BAAN. Uploading all work order & tender related document in DMS ( Document  Range of transformers executed:  Distribution & Power transformer executed: up to 100 MVA 220 KV class. Converter duty transformers up to 12.5 MVA (Dd0yn11). Handling Tender (or) Enquires till 200 MVA 220 KV Class . Tendering of Furnace and Auto transformers.
