Responsible for setting up and running cross functional teams building products from scratch in multiple domains, ranging from Omni channel Retail, government services, Financial services etc. Role and Responsibilities:- Setup and run high performing, cross functional teams in diverse domains with multiple stakeholders- Define and articulate the product vision to diverse audiences in concert with Product team and sponsors- Facilitate product discovery and product roadmap creation with precise milestones- Build low fidelity wireframes and mockups to support understanding of product journeys and ensure alignment- Set sprint goals as per the SMART framework in concert with product teams- Track release schedules, identify and communicate risks/issues/dependencies ahead of time - Manage project and sprint scope, ensuring minimal scope creep and over 95% resource utilization- Transform requirements into well documented epics and stories- Plan and execute product showcases/demos to client sponsors and senior/executive stakeholders, incorporate feedback in future iterations - Drive agile ceremonies to ensure a smooth flow of work to the team and value to clients- Determine and track metrics / KPIs to measure product success- Acted as the voice of customer to the team- Create product collaterals, including training documentation and videos- Coach client product teams / other stakeholders on ways of working and Agile practices, including epic and story slicing, estimation, story writing et al.
