Current• Working in India's first LPG cavern storage facility, which is a joint venture of Total Energies and HPCL• Responsible for Monitoring of field related Terminal parameters and ensuring that hydro geological data is collected, recorded, and updated in the concerned documents• Responsible for taking immediate corrective action on noticing any deviations in the operational parameters while ensuring close communication with Control Room• Working towards enhancing the operational… Show more • Working in India's first LPG cavern storage facility, which is a joint venture of Total Energies and HPCL• Responsible for Monitoring of field related Terminal parameters and ensuring that hydro geological data is collected, recorded, and updated in the concerned documents• Responsible for taking immediate corrective action on noticing any deviations in the operational parameters while ensuring close communication with Control Room• Working towards enhancing the operational efficiency of the terminal and ensures that all operating variables are maintained in accordance with the terminal Standard Operating Procedures • Responsible for operation of all cavern facilities i.e., booster pumps, seawater pump house, heat exchanger, air compressor, F&G facilities, odorant systems, etc. as per laid down procedure• Deals with people, both externally and internally through correspondence and needs to identify and suggest various alternate action plans in case of any emergency situation to ensure safety of the marine Terminal operations• Ensures that the shipping agent, port trust, Surveyors and others have been informed and required personnel present at Jetty before vessel berthing for organizing the discharge operations suitably• Responsible for ascertaining the vessel discharge plans and initiating preparatory measures for safe discharge of vessel into the cavern• Boards the vessel during discharge as Boarding Officer and supervises the documentation related to various activities like loading Arms connection, cryogenic cargo discharge, Arms disconnection, validating the product quality and quantity etc.• Responsible for all applicable requirements as per IMO & SIGTTO are followed during the Marine Operations• Communicates with all berth users, Port authorities, Customers, Customs, Excise officials and other statutory authorities relating to operations and the Vessel crew for all day-to-day interaction.
