I undertake the role of a search consultant at Ethos India with utmost passion. The beauty about this job for me lies in the process; the knowledge acquired and the ability to help others. The destination is definitely important for tasting success, but I seem to love the process (results )more. For instance, when you’re finding the right candidate, you land up scanning so many profiles, you get an insight into their professional journey, the industry and ultimately learn how the process plays a crucial part in selecting the right candidate. Whether it’s mastering on our communication skills while interacting with clients, or brushing up on the market developments, and most importantly when you interact with highly qualified people, it brings a huge difference to my life.With a proven track record of 10 plus man years as a head-hunter in the industry, I have ardently demonstrated core competence in the manufacturing and engineering domains.I have fervently supported our dream of building an august search executive firm right from our initial days and elevating it to the reputation it holds today. What I love about this job is there is no hierarchy system. Nobody is caught up in the rat race of playing the musical chairs of authority, there is freedom and expression.
