JOB RESPONSIBILITIE• To plan the production • To controll on the rejection and rework• To contoll on safty equipment used on shopfloor• To provide training to the associate• To manage man power in paint shop. • To provide technical support to our customer like M/S HONDA POWER PRODUCT NEW HOLLANT TRACTOR ,MSSL.• To take necessary action againgest the problem face to customer• To maintane all the lab record as per ISO requirement• .To proper maintain the ETP PLANT. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN PREVIOUSE • To develop new shades of paints & primers of industrial coating.• To check all the physical properties of industrial coating paint & primer• To take trail of new product on customer side. • To provide technical support to our customer like M/S Mita haric,Studds,Escort Engg,Angali tecnoplact,Motherson,Elofic.• To take necessary action againgest the problem face to customer• To maintane all the lab record as per ISO requirement• Preparing panal of phosphating for better results• To batch charging of p.u ,single pack & epoxy paints.• To shade matching of production batches. • To trouble shoot in existing batches • To Provide Technical Support to the customers in their paintshop TESTING & EQUIPMENT ABILITY • To check shade by spectro photo meter.• To determine the specific gravity of solvent by Hydrometer• To check the boiling range by Distillation Apparatus • To check the viscosity of paints, resins, additive, dryer etc by Ford Cup • To check the specific gravity of pigments & extenders by Pyknometer• To check the glosse by Tri Glossometer • To check the impact test by Tubular Impact Testor• To check the flexibility by Conical Mendral • Determination of Salt Spray life of Paints & Primers• Humidity, Hot water bath & QUV testi
