Roles & Responsibilities:• Submitting consultants for matching requirement.• Responsible primarily for Sourcing • Responsible as a recruiter/resource for the technical evaluation of all candidates recruited for US market.• Recruitment on various US tax terms W2, Corp-to-Corp for H1B/GC/US Citizens Co-ordination with the accounts manager with respect to Contracts, Invoices, Feedback, Interview schedules, Payments.• Finding the consultants through various resources and Job… Show more Roles & Responsibilities:• Submitting consultants for matching requirement.• Responsible primarily for Sourcing • Responsible as a recruiter/resource for the technical evaluation of all candidates recruited for US market.• Recruitment on various US tax terms W2, Corp-to-Corp for H1B/GC/US Citizens Co-ordination with the accounts manager with respect to Contracts, Invoices, Feedback, Interview schedules, Payments.• Finding the consultants through various resources and Job boards like Dice, Techfetch, Monster, Indeed & Ladders etc.• Pre-screen the Candidate in accordance with the requirement work experience, skills and communications• Schedule interviews and place candidates• Negotiating for the best hourly deal with the Consultant• Primarily responsible for sourcing candidates and conducting initial.• Screened resumes of the prospective employees and pays attention to details.• Carried out requirements gathering sessions with clients and performed analysis of requirements.• Worked closely with management to fully understand position requirements and the status of open jobs.• Regularly communicates with candidates, throughout the whole placement process and duration of assignment.• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple position requirements at a time.• End-to-End coordination of interview between prime vendor and consultants.• Follow up on interview status.• Follow up with the selected consultants.• Mass mailing, Cold Calling, Requirement Sending, Relationship Building, Sourcing.• End of the day reporting to manager regarding the daily work.
