Diploma Fire Safety completed from MSBTE Mumbai & POST Diploma PDIS complete. presently working with “Sovereign Pharma pvt. ltd. Daman from 11 Dec. 2018.to till date. JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITY:- 1) Daily safety round and observing unsafe condition, take preventive action & record maintained.2) Conduct induction training for new workers.3) Providing Safe Working environment to work 4) Conduct Internal safety committee meeting maintain its mom records.5) Safety Posters and slogans to be displayed at site.6) Safety inspection of Cable galleries /tunnels and EOT cranes, Rotating Machines and lifting tools and tackles and recommendation given to concern department.7) Inspections of hot work/cold work/ vessel entry Electrical work areas under safety permits in hazardous area and supervision of job till its completion.8) Effective Communication about Non- compliance and if possible rectify on the spot9) Promotion of safety suggestion scheme to motivate employees with a new ideas on safety 10) Identification of saving on PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as well as improvement of safe working practices.11) Incident and Accident Investigation and Analysis. 12) Effective implementation of Safety management system & Work permit system.13) To give them motivation, training, discipline and development.14) Prepare training modules on fire fighting, use of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants for company employees as well as contract employees and imparting training to them.15) Operation and testing of Fixed fire fighting installations, Pumps in Fire Pump House, S.C.B.A Set, Fire Vehicles, etc. and Prepare report, after observing any abnormality report to my seniors.16) Attend on - site and off - site Fire & emergency calls.17) Participate and Co-ordinate Plant Head/Engineer during Fire Audit.18) Conducting mock drills, Emergency Drills, Exhibition, Training programmers’, etc.19) Prepare & Update all documents related to Fire such as Fire & Rescue Report, Mock Drill Report etc.
