FOR VISHAL MEGA MART:- In SOP Audit, my responsibility was 1) Minimize the shrink, profit maximization and to check all important documents related to the store. 2) I use to check whether SOP was following in that particular Store or not. 3) Verification of all records available in store related to particular store. 4) Managing all store activity Direct all store staff to maintain a healthy shopping environment in store for customers and lots more. 5) Maintaining customer service, maintaining cash controls, and maintaining the store facilities.For Stock Take, My Responsibility was 1) To manage almost 50 Scanner members for every retail Store, supervising, providing actual Shrink of store, Provide training to scanners for HHT handling and operating. 2) Verifying the actual and perfect scanning is done or not.3) Manual entry feeding in HHT device.4) Preparing reports and PPT at the end of Stock Take. 5) Report generation and comparison.6) Mapping competition in terms of categories, price points, and physical appearance.For Fixed Assets of HCL 1) Understanding the client procedure of Fixed Assets acquisition & disposal. 2) Obtaining Fixed Assets Register as maintained by the client. 3) Vouching of addition to Fixed Assets, etc.4) Report generation and comparison. 5) Directing all activities in store among various team members and getting efficient results from them. 6) Verification of all records available in store related to particular store. Verification of Physical stock qty. 7) Available in store & comparing with system report.For Fixed Assets Auditing of CITY COM1) My responsibility was to find that particular device from Data and go to the actual sight with the engineer of CITY COM. I use to print barcode form my bar-coding device and engineer use to tag that particular device.2) After tagging all devices I make Reports and submit all reports to Client and My Office.
