Leading a team of 11 members and managing the entire gamut of operations for software testing lifecycle from requirement analysis, test design, test execution, defect management till test reporting· Monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance· Managing the software quality process involving review of product functions, test specifications & documentation, defect prevention, metrics collection, team leadership & analysis, debugging & resolution of issues· Leading client interaction for requirement gathering, risk assessment and finalization of technical specifications· Developing various testing frameworks, test strategy & test plan; preparing & updating test documentation such as test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test metrics & test project status reports· Mapping the test cases with the requirements for generating the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)· Coordinating with developers, discussing technical problems, reporting bugs and supporting in rectifying issues
