Handling customer complaints and providing them appropriate action to resolve them.Monitoring branch targets in volumes rates and optimizing productivity to improve efficiency of sales process. Responsible for growing the portfolio across territory, undertaking fee income generation from loan portfolio, business prospecting and client servicing. Focus on quality sourcing and achievement of desired productivity.
