*work under natural resource management along with the extension wing of the Watershed development main responsibilities of dissemination of improved soil and water conservation, agricultural and horticultural practices, to the farmers. *The main activities undertaken by me include providing advisory services to the farmers of the NGO territory for improved land class by reducing soil erosion(Continues contour trenches, Farm bunding,Gully plugging, stone bunding), Drainage line treatment(Gabion, Masonary Stone outlet, Check dams), demonstration of improved cultivation practices for the enhanced production and productivity of horticultural crops viz fruits, vegetables, spices and agronomical crops viz cereals, pulses and oil seeds with the help of sub-staff and Village watershed committee. *Also providing timely advisory services to the farmers consequent upon the diagnostic visits for problems faced by farmers and sub-staff time to time. Demonstrated improved agricultural practices (improved seeds, proper fertilizer doses, adequate irrigation application, requisite use of pesticides, insecticides and herbicides, proper agricultural at the farmer’s field .*Helping staff to report and correspondence with various govt and non-govt agencies. Organizing monitoring visit for funding agencies and visitors of newly sanction watershed project’s famer and Staff of other govt and non- govt institutions from various states like M.P Rajasthan, Orissa etc to give knowledge of watershed work.*Educating and delivering lecture on Natural Resource Management and Watershed work to the Farmers, professionals and Senior officers.
