 Responsible for End-To-End delivery and sign off of multiple key strategic projects. This includeso Prepare Payroll and Reporting Instructions to the designated client payroll for 60+ countries.o Prepare Variance Reports for the annual balance sheet, instructions and the actuals processed by client payroll.o Work on Shadow payroll reports, cost projections, W2 Reconciliations and tax gross ups.o Prepare Weekly Financial analysis report to track and monitor time and expenses charged to the cliento Preparation and delivery of Plausibility report to check and find any discrepancy in data provided by client. Create, Maintain and Publish Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly quality dashboards Responsible for preparing weekly financial analysis to review and assess the time and expenses charged to client on a weekly basis Create Monthly and Yearly Planner to set goals and deadlines of each deliverable Review and audit multiple data sources for quality assurance Review and escalate issues and queries Responsible for team delivering Service excellence Provide operational guidance and training to new team members Suggest and implement improvements to team efficiency
