Responsible for Tractor Production Planning, Export Tractor Dispatch CKD and SKD and Export Tractor Dispatch PlanningResponsible for ER implementation, BOM correction, Production BOM creation and create Production Version for New BOM in SAP, Material planning creation and MRP, Material receipt, Inventory management, Goods issues, purchase requisition and Purchase order management.As per Marketing Demand Tractor Production Planning according to their production capacity and MRP planning.Responsible for releasing Domestic and Rest of World monthly Export tractor Dispatch Plan based on production plan and Dispatch frame Procurement/Buying as per demand of customer of rest world with Exports Kit.Weekly MIS Report, Dispatch Report, Schedule Adherence followed by Weekly and Monthly schedule adherences achieved at plant level and for each production unit separately along with the reasons for losses and status of the same as on date Tractor Production. IUTN Material Planning: Monitor daily plant wise/component wise/per day rate wise component dispatch requirement in collaborative meeting with Mfg all Shop & Engine/ transmission Supply module.
