RAKHOH INDUSTRIES PVT LTD.To execute project orders for supply of Boilers and ensure Customer Satisfaction by acting as bridgebetween Customer, Operations & Suppliers by assuring timely delivery with right quality at given cost.  Main role is to maintain coordination and proper communication between customer/client and company, also within company between various departments like engineering, purchase, application, accounts,production, etc.  Receipt of Customer order & Review of Technical and commercial aspects. Timely follow up for getting drawings from Design department & Same will be submitted to customer for area selection & foundation. BOM preparation after receiving Process & Instrumentation diagram (P & ID), After getting detailed drawing, Planning for material for fabrication equipments with production dept.  Floating of RFQs to Client’s approved Vendor as well as to non approved Vendors for expediting the offers from vendor.  Techno-Commercial evaluation of bids received from vendors, coordinate with Engineering Dept. for the same.  Release of Purchase orders (PO) to the selected vendors & Follow up with vendors for getting timely delivery of equipment's.  Preparation of project plan & Control through Microsoft Project. Taking care of timely submission - approvals of technical documents, if required through across the table meetings is arranged with customers for approvals.  Conduct weekly review meeting for solutions of issues & smooth running of project.
