With a more than two decade of rich experience in the filed of mechanical engineering. I am extensively involved in using my technical & management expertise to realize the vision to achieve natural and experiential learning.His experience of working with Mckinsey for implementing LEAN manufacturing has helped for setting up the pre-school with international standards.

Started in 1992 with Manufacturing stream till 2009.Encompassed journey from line supervisor to plant head in the areas of Coil and shell type boiler manufacturing. Headed projects like cost reduction , M.O.S.T. and LEAN Manufacturing with Mckinsey.Contributed to set up new standards in area of productivity , quality and process re-engineering.During this assignment, TQM, Kaizen, Lean, RFT, KANBAN were not just tools but way of life.Then moved to Supply Chain management for 2 years.Headed project of setting up warehouse and manufacturing unit at Chakan.Handled and coordinated various agencies like Land owner, Govt bodies, Legal team, Finances, IT, sourcing, store management etc.Also implemented concepts like Milk run and Green Channel.Then moved to head Project Planning for 3 years.(PMO)During this tenure , many of departmental processes got streamlined and integrated to get major benefit over total Cycle Time.Standardization of WBS ( work break down structure ) setting up agenda for Order Transfer meeting were breakthrough improvements among many.
