In my role as the HR Head for the offshore team in India, I managed eight departments and more than 200 employees, prioritizing operational effectiveness and alignment with company objectives. Key accomplishments include:- **Financial Oversight and Strategic Planning:** I oversaw payroll budgets, worked closely with the CEO on team structure and development, contributed to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and submitted monthly payroll data. Additionally, I handled lease renewals, conducted annual compensation reviews, analyzed compensation and benefits metrics, and offered insights to improve financial reporting and employee benefits programs.- **HR Leadership and Compliance:** I directed organizational strategies focusing on succession planning, talent acquisition, employee satisfaction, total rewards, and performance management. I ensured compliance with legal and regulatory standards and provided guidance on intricate HR matters, while drafting and verifying various employee-related documents and contracts.- **Operational Management:** I served as the Acting Managing Director for the India office, overseeing strategic planning, financial management, stakeholder relations, and risk management. My responsibilities included managing entity registrations and statutory compliance, as well as supporting processes related to medical aid and the Provident Fund.- **HR Operations and Development:** I implemented and provided training on HRIS systems such as Keka, Zoho Books, Azuredesk, Servicenow, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors, enhancing onboarding and performance management processes while leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. I offered training and guidance on HRMS tools across various modules.
