Job responsibilities:Handling high-level customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team and providing support when needed.Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as the distribution center (CFC) and regional distribution center (RDC) to ensure that customer orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.Closely monitoring the payment gateway for order generation and reconciliation, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and securely.Providing training and support to new customer service team members, helping them to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.Conducting regular performance evaluations of customer service team members and providing feedback on areas for improvement.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce products and services, as well as industry developments and best practices, to ensure that the customer service team is equipped to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, the Sales team, the tech team, and team members, to support the business's success.
