As the Head of a Strategic Business Unit, my role encompasses dynamic engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders in the organic cotton domain, including Textile Brands, Processors, Philanthropic Organizations, and Government Departments. Leading a dynamic team of over 150 professionals, I orchestrate efforts spanning Agronomy, Seed Breeding, Certification, Social Impact, and Finance. Together, we empower 25,000 organic farmers, guiding them through certification processes, and sustainable production practices, and ensuring a seamless procurement chain.
