Responsibilities:>We here deal with the Axis bank credit card customers. We as a Nodal officer receive request or complaint mails from the customer. >Our job is to sort out the issue of the customer and investigate thoroughly with our specified tools and revert the customer with a accurate resolution within a TAT( Turn around time) .>Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely issue resolution >Provide technical expertise in complex problem- solving scenarios.> Technical support to the team. >Technical review on cases. >Will be responsible to create a technical bench strength within the team. >Able to collaborate within LOBs/PODs in collaboration scenarios >Able to interact and host discussions with Client(PTA’s)> I have taken high visibility and complex escalations. >I have done to review and update training curriculum.> Experience in auditing cases on compliance checks.
