The role involves Quality Control and Assurance of Construction Projects.The involvement starts Assisting Project Manager to ensure Version control and work execution as per Good forConstruction (AFC) Drawings and reporting to Project Manager Quality.Drive the Quality Control and Assurance through Setting up of site test laboratory with all necessary Equipmentfor Quality inspection of material used for construction. Enforcement of Field Quality Plan (FQP).Engage with respective stakeholder to understand the vendor performance and document the same in the KPIFramework. Participate in the vendor rating process and collate.Coordination with Service Consultants in addressing site issues and certification of activity and Documentation on Quality prospective.Conducting Regular Training on Construction quality control with Good Industry practice and trade Demo for Quality improvisation.Conducting Periodic Quality Audit and documentation for vendor Performance assessment. Preparation of snag list and ensuring the closure within stipulated time and Assisting Customer RelationManagement (CRM) Team in handing over of the project. Authority for Issuing Quality certification as part of Bill clearance.Work inspection, material inspection, Co ordinate with consultant and Clint, Site observation, NCR has to follow up and closeout, MAS and MSS should be prepare, monitoring the daily basis work etc
