•To lead SHEQ Data Management function and ensure that products are in with these complex regulations, Regulatory affairs and ensure that function is carried on smoothly and efficiently in the organization.•Plan and execute product compliance strategy, identify risk and opportunities, ensuring timely support to business execution for existing and emerging regulations. •People and project management –Leading, Training and Development, Performance Management, statutory compliance, project management, etc.Conduct Risk Management analysis and monitor the closure of the risks.•Standardization and audit of all technical documents such as SDS, TDS, and CoA etc. for commercial products and authenticate for its use by all functions.•To review and enter Dangerous Goods information in ERP system.•Reviewing and approving quality and regulatory documentation and identify gaps for improvements.•Critically analyse and work closely with all internal key functions (Regulatory, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.) for improving SHEQ-Data operations for business requirements.•Monitoring and reporting performance and non-conformity, handling and meeting customer requirement within the framework of company policy ensuring consistent regulatory support, in accordance with Global Regulatory plan. Implementing CAPA for continuous improvement.•Maintain data integrity on hazard assessments in the SDS authoring system.•Carry out analysis of the toxicological information provided on the supplier SDS.•To train and develop team on the New Label Elements and SDS Format adopted from the United Nation’s Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling (GHS).•To lead recruitment of qualified resources and their training and development programs to fulfill data management goals and objectives.
