As a seasoned hospitality professional with over 12 years of experience, I have developed a comprehensive set of skills in managing various aspects of hospitality including Project Management, Sales, Event Planning & Operations, Budget & Cost Control, and Customer Service.In my current role as Events & Operations Manager at The Burroughes in Toronto, I have been able to apply my skills to manage new and existing event inquiries, and liaise with management and clients to provide efficient and profitable proposals.
