Current•Looking after training and placement with cousreware. •Perform training solutions for all types of training clusters. •Lead a Team of Trainers, Coaches, and Assistant Managers to enable training delivery.•Responsible for Trainer Grooming & Endorsement on Platform / Technical Skills.•Responsible for managing budgeted trainer support ratios across business accounts.•Motivate and Mentor the team to deliver as per business requirements.•Review team performance at periodic intervals, provide timely feedback.•Report status including estimates to complete work;identify potential risks for own and team efforts. •Receive and act on feedback related to deliverables and own and team performance.•Provide assistance and mentor new trainers, take initiative to share ideas and best practices.
