CurrentManaging entire range of electrical works including like installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical infrastructure and equipment viz. DG sets, lifts, HT & LT panels, Internal & External electrification, escalators etc.Drawing project plan, activity schedules, cost estimates, contributing project engineering inputs, arranging procurement of materials, quality control, mobilizing manpower, machines, material resources and balancing deployment of resources to ensure project delivery within defined timelines.Maintaining regular coordination with civil /other sides, architects, consultants of the project and synchronizing electrical activities to facilitate overall project execution as per agreed schedules.Monitoring work progress and identifying/eliminating bottlenecks to accelerate the pace of work execution.Conducting material reconciliation and preparing/authenticating contractors‘bills for remittances as per contract terms. Ensuring timely submission of client bills to ensure realization of payments in time.Implementing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance techniques to maximize operational availability of all electrical equipment /installations.Conducting root cause analysis of failures and implementing breakdown solutions to put the equipment/supply back in operation within minimum lead time.Mapping consumption pattern of spares and arranging procurement thereof to quickly respond to maintenance calls. Maintaining reasonable inventory of spares to support maintenance work.Documenting maintenance records of various equipment and effective utilizing them to resolve future maintenance issues.Managing operational snags in electrical/mining equipment within minimum time lapse.Maintaining record of power and fuel consumption and implementing energy conservation measures to generate cost economy.
