Position Description: Operation team leader will work on validating and finalize the daily NAV of the ETF clients. And work on various requests made by the clients to update their portfolios. • Validating the NAV and the Profit & Loss of the ETF funds clients on a daily basis.• Reviewing the corporate actions booked in the system and ensuring that the same is correctly reflected in the books of the client.• Reviewing pricing of the portfolio and analyzing the pricing exceptions if any. • Review custodian/client reconciliations. Identify and determine cause. Notify Account Manager of breaks. If break is due to an erroneous or missing transaction then make necessary adjustments.• Responsible for accruing daily or monthly non-security related accruals including management fees and financing accruals.• Process non-automated transactions including OTC derivatives and their related cash movements.• Sending Daily Report to the client, which contains details of Fund's Performance & issues where client guidance is required, to enable us record correctly in the books of accounts (E.g. mismatches of trades, wire details, pricing issues etc.)• Interaction with the Client facing Account Manager in regards to the clients daily report and resolving open issues if any.• Checking that all OTC products traded by the client have been booked correctly (Interest rate swaps, Credit default swaps, Currency options, Commodity futures etc)• Booking of Capital Activities of the fund• Providing audit support and assistance to funds in the preparation on financial statements.• Coordinating with various teams in preparation of NAV.

Fund Accounting and performed the following duties:• Booking of Capital Activities of the fund• Ensuring that all the valid corporate actions are recorded on the fund for the appropriate valuation date.• Reconciling cash, Stock, FX and Income with investment manager and custody. • OTC Reconciliation to reconcile the positions and MV in line with agreed timeframe sign-off.• Checking that all OTC products traded by the client have been booked correctly.• Expense calculation to run expense calculator to valuation date. Perform all necessary offline expense calculations. Validate all accruals, payment and expense charges.• Performance Fee calculations to ensure reasonable of Perf Fee Accruals vs NAV Movement.• Ensuring that all the trades done by the investment manager are processed on the fund duly.• Reconciling prices and making sure that all the huge price movements have been backed up with at least two external price providers.• Coordinating with various teams like Pricing , Tax ,custody, TA, Financial Reporting Team and also Providing audit support and assistance to funds in the preparation on financial statements.• Class Divergence validation the reason-ability of all class movements.• Investigate and validate any out of balance on the fund.• Double checking the expense and income accruals as well the payments, and backing it up with invoices when necessary.• Finalizing the daily or month end NAV of the client
