- Managing a portfolio of large and mid-sized corporates providing contract financing mainly to construction/EPC companies for the Abu Dhabi geography.- Work mainly entails detailed analysis of project cash flows (sensitivity and scenario testing), assessing required project specific funded/non-funded credit facilities, generating obligors rating (credit lens), preparing automated credit-memos, forming opinion, and presenting to the approving authority with credit enhancement measures.- Monitoring of accounts post sanction, ensuring settlement of past dues or TODs and timely renewal of credit facilities- Assisting senior management by preparing central MIS data

• Managing a portfolio of corporates (Large and mid-sized) across multiple industry segments (Pharma, Auto, Chemical, EPC, FMCG, mining sector etc.).• Working knowledge of financial statement analysis and Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMAs) preparation. It includes analysing historical cash flow and projecting future cash flows incorporating various sensitivities and scenarios.• Carrying out macro (sector analysis, peer comparison etc.) and micro (financial metrics, project ratios, business model, site visits etc.) level analysis to arrive at a credit rating using internal rating methodology • Assessment of credit facilities (Working capital, Term loan and Derivative products) proposed by the Relationship Managers to the clients• Continuous monitoring of all the accounts through periodical asset quality reviews along with annual review of internal credit & facility risk ratings of corporate • Deliverable includes making risk reports and appraising/presenting to appropriate committees of the bank about the proposal's strength and weaknesses along with suggestions/observation for credit enhancement or exit recommendation• Interaction with multiple functional groups (compliance, legal, pricing, industry experts etc.) to take their inputs
