● Production Planning & Scheduling of Silicone, Epoxy, UV, Photopolymer, Rubber based & Emulsion Based Products, Cyanoacrylate, thermally conductive products, Aerosol, 2K Structural.● Responsible for In-process Quality Testing in Production (IPQC).● Plan and monitor adequate availability of manpower.● Responsible for the process improvements and monitoring going process.● Create Standard Operating Procedure for Product & Packaging.● Strategize for optimum utilization of resources to maximum productivity & minimize cost.● Attain & resolve ongoing quality concerns and issues related to production process material Ensure quality standards are met for all the product & processes.● Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.● Contributions in New Product Development.● A3 Problem Solving reports.● Collect and store all production related data like total Production per month, wastage, FTT %, Rejection & Rework %, Yield %. - Conduct workshops & brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and provide direction to the team for the best performance.● Develop strong communication between team members and manage regular performance reviews, attendance, holidays, and disciplinary issues of the team.● Ensure EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) is followed as per the policies.● Ensures to lead, implement & sustain 5S and other lean manufacturing practices across teams and on shop.● Giving suggestions and ensures for improvements.● Develop and promote visual workplace, visual controls & Implement KAIZEN at micro level in production.● Conducting surprise checks across teams, ensures scheduling of internal audits and facing external audits.● Experience in Special process operation and qualification like chemical processing, Adhesives processing & Plastic Processing.● Proactively developed and improved manufacturing and production processes to promote quality and reduce waste and costs.
