Handle Route Executives, assign duties, Handle Drivers and vendors, and Fuel management complete record of KM and fuel used for the Month. MIS reporting and last mile logistics costs, Attendance, Vehicle attendance, Nos of deliveries attempt and RPC, DSR reports. Transportation Management, Stock Management, Supply Chain, Responsible for vehicle settlement, dealing with drivers, and Tracking of movement.

Coordinate daily FOH and BOH restaurant operations. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction, Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints. Regularly review product quality and research new vendors Organize and supervise shifts, appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
