Medical Division - Local & MGPS Project Procurement :Roles & Responsibilities :1. Material Planning - Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions. Understand and manage risks to minimize the impact on the project schedule. Take follow-up actions in relation to material shortages that affect projects. 2. Developing and Managing suppliers - Continuous monitoring of existing suppliers as well as developing new suppliers so as ensure quality as well as cost optimization. 3. Costing – Regular feedback on the overall costing, and ideas for cost reduction initiatives with Engineering, Project, and Suppliers so as to maintain healthy GGP. 4. New Product development for Medical division - Manage sourcing for new product developments of upcoming Projects in the medical division (commercial components, mechanical modules & parts). 5. Converting regular spend category into Rate contract - Identify regular components form BOM and convert production item into annual ARC to improve spend discipline.6. Support provided in SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation.

Process Equipment Division - VikhroliRoles & Responsibilities - ➢Vendor Development: Strong Procurement capabilities for purchase of items such as MRO items, Cutting tools & Tooling’s for precision machines, Engineering parts for process automation & for their systems, Electrical & Electronic Items, LiftingTools & equipment, Measuring Instruments, Defect Testing Devices & gauges,➢ Supply Chain Management: Coordinate between Vendors, OEMs, Authorized distributors, Direct Manufacturers, Traders to achieve effective cost reduction & availability of material at right time.➢ Compliance & Documentation: Ensure strong compliance with SOPs & Internal Technology Infrastructure to streamline operations relentlessly.➢ Inventory Management: Maintaining Inventory control as per required delivery schedule for B & C class items, defining safety -reorder level for regular items in the SIC (Statistical Inventory Control) Module in Infor LN.➢ Project Procurement: Procurement of ultrasonic testing probes, BTA, Tubes & forgings, precision toolings for machining, Polysoud machine parts developed from local vendor for NPCIL project & also for ADNOC project, Sourcing of LPG & Oxygengas manifold & downstream piping work complete in stipulated time.
