-Developed a Raw Material Line of Balance using Python and presented insights via a Tableau dashboard. Result: Eliminated manual Excel estimations of PPC Team, estimated saving of 2393 man-hours annually. Successfully deployed the project horizontally to a sister plant in Nagpur.-I developed a web app in python using Streamlit and hosted in the server for the program management team helping them to identify and take actions for frequent changes in the customer demands.-Developed a mathematical model for predicting operation completion datetime for work orders running in the shop, helping the Production team to identify the orders violating customer dates.-Performing ETL with Tableau Prep Flow using various data sources like Gsheets, SQL databases, excel, TXT etc. files and creating dashboard that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators for the stakeholders with actionable insights for informed decision-making.

As an intern in Tata Advanced Systems Limited, I contributed to a critical project focused on Delayed Parts Analysis. My responsibilities included:Insightful Analysis: I collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify parts shortages within the production. By doing EDA on historical data and production schedules, I pinpointed bottlenecks and presented to the higher management.
