Frequency planning for New sites which includes BCCH, TCH.•Physical optimization (tilt of antenna, swapping, interferences removal, Hand over analysis etc) to maintain the KPIs of the network.•Verifying Lat-Long of the Site, Checking Feeder and Sector Swap, Rectifying Wrong Azimuths and giving proper mechanical & electrical Tilts, Checking Defined handovers and defining new handovers while working in the field.
