 Handling Admin, facility and Logistical Department in Base.  Giving admin & Logistic support to the Plant. Performing emergency response duties Managing Crew, as for their shift. Communicating with Base Rig and Main office. Local Purchasing of the material at a time as per Rig requirement. Helping Rig manager for the Rig documents. Maintaining documentation related with drilling (IADC Report) and related to crew. Take care of crew Arrival and Departure. Arranging Vehicle for crew Arrival and Departure. Arranging crew in case of emergency leave.  Take care of Hotel arrangement of crew. Handling Documents related police verification of crew. Handling Documents related Labor Law Involve in Emergency Response & HSE Activities. Maintain POB & MDMH Maintain & track all onsite vehicle Handling H R & administrator related work and communicating with main office HR and Base HR. Taking responsibilities to set up all crew Coordination with Client HR Department and other department. Helping Rig Manager for logistical Job. Establishes and coordinates all radio communications. Monitor and, where applicable, communicate with all working vessels and maritime authorities (e.g. Coastguard) in the area. Maintain logs and weather details. Monitor the Radio and Phone systems. Coordinate personnel evacuation in times of emergency or extreme weather conditions. Maintains the radio account, keeping the account for the telephone calls, facsimiles, and telexes transmitted. Maintains radio log of messages transmitted and received. Maintains communications in emergencies by whatever methods are available; logs incoming and outgoing emergency-related communications. Manage the Chopper flights to and from land to RIG Maintains an up-to-date POB report as personnel movements take place. Prepares manifests for personnel movements by helicopter and/or boat. Prepares and issues timesheets for payroll.
