• Work closely with stakeholders within each customer account to identify their work flow processes and business challenges to create a Business Requirements document and project plan in regards to the successful implementation of their chosen Replicon solution.• Coordinate and set up the configuration, data migration and integration with other Payroll, Billing and Accounting applications.• Effectively educate/train customers through online and onsite training.• Work collaboratively with various internal teams/individuals for the best interest of the customer (Technical Support, Engineering, Sales, Product Management, Professional Services teams)• Constantly learn and improve knowledge of Replicon product suite to be able to serve as a mentor, coach and knowledge resource for the customer to enhance their vision on how our platform will provide value to their company.• Providing feedback to the Product Management team in the form of enhancements and ideas that would ease the use of the product for customers or provide them with functionality that would increase the overall value proposition.

Analysis and Solution Designing:● Responsible for RFI, RFQ answers, Support to sales team during the bid process (client meetings, documentation etc.)● Understand the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry.● Analyze the business requirements from the Business users through Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and involved in the preparation of the Business Requirements Document (BRD).Technical Recommendation and Testing:● Lead testing efforts, co-ordination of UAT, obtaining user sign-off.● Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.Project Execution:● Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.● Manage resources in accordance with the project schedule.Training:● Training and Capacity Building of end users, Creation of user training materials.
