APQP product development process followed during development with timely review of Technical Requirement.- Rapid prototype development in metals (Aluminium and Casting) in shortest time first time right and concept proofing at customer for new products and new technology products.- Trained at Europeon multiple locations for Air Compressor and Viscous Dampers Products.- Expertise in field failure analysis and involved in containment actions definations to secure customer production continuation.- Customer specification products various prototype manufacturing and testing to evaluate the design for design freeze.- Complete technical support to CFT including supplier for Product development and Localization in India.- Coordination with CoC Team for design review and design finalization.- Alternate solutions with risk assesment for project exceution and Project needs.- Projects worked in pandemic and exceuted with minimum delays by close monitoring of projects activities.- Projects, R&D documentation in PLM System.
