• Responsible for OOS, Fill Rate & Sales Loss due to Vendor Material,• Preparing Monthly Material Lifting plan based on Inventory, OP, FC & Last year sales Data (Seasonal products), • Preparing & Monthly Reviewing Import SF material plan based on inventory & Lead Time,• Material lifting planning circulate to vendors (Final & Tentative),• Responsible for Vendor Cost sheet Preparation & Approvals,• Responsible for Timely PO issuing & circulation to vendors,• RM & SF stock management at vendor,• Warehouse stock take,• Responsible for Warehouse inventory management (Vendor Items),• Arranging weekly meets with vendors for Plan vs Dispatch status,• Involvement in NPD trail and helping in mold release to vendor,• Tool repair / breakdown follow-up from maintenance & tool maker,• Coordination between vendor, Wh team & Sales team to timely availability of Material, • Vendor Development & cost saving projects at Vendor ends,• Vendor due clearing, monitoring (CN / DN working, Reconciliation)• Reports – Monthly Replenishment, Vendor Fill Rate, Cost Sheet, Import Plan, Replenishment Plan (Vendor Material), Tentative Lifting Plan, Monthly Import stock statement at vendor end, Weekly Sales vs Inventory Report.

• Responsible for Incoming Inspection & Final Product Dispatch.• Responsible for PPAP , FMEA, SPC documentation.• Handling Quality, Dispatch & Scrap Department.• Preparing Product Lay out reports as per drawings.• Preparing Daily production reports, rejection Report, Final inspection reports.• Monthly preparing stock statement to customer.• Monthly material consumption & Reconciliation reports.• Responsible for PDI reports.• Handling customer complaints.• Handling team of 25, Qc inspector & Loading person.• Vehicle Management for ONTIME material dispatch.• Preparation of SOP for various operations• Training & guiding Inspectors to ensure the set standards of the organization are met.• Updating formats as per modification in drawing or customer requirement.• Knowledge of ISO Documentation.
