I started off my career as a payroll officer which helped me grew my skills in working in teams. Working with the North American market for an outsourcing company triggered my passion to discover a new culture and hence my move to Canada. I started as a sales representative and after getting a good grasp of the business flow, I was given the opportunity to supervise a team and ultimately moved up to managing inventory and merchandizing for the company across its retail locations in British Columbia and Alberta. During the time spent in designing new processes and making daily tasks more efficient, I developed a passion for programming and pursue this passion as a part-time job.
