Responsible for the sales of light motor vehicles from the port folio of Volkswagen.Identifying the prospects,explain the customers regarding the advancements, upgrades and features of the car,Making sure that we take the customers through a smooth sales process,stay in touch with the customers to assist on after sale service.

• Arranging new contracts for boat building.• Explaining the new contractors’ facilities provided at the yard.• Directing the contractors about placing the boat.• Monitoring the progress of boat building through each procedure.• Keeping the track of materials (Tools, Consumables).• Keeping a track of inflow of steel for boat building (Plates, Angle, Flat bars & Pipe).• Ensure site areas are well maintained and in a safe and sound condition by undertaking regular checks of all premises.• Undertake routine inspections of all areas to ensure they are safe and arrange for maintenance and repairs as may be needed.• Ensuring regular maintenance and scheduled inspections of equipment and machinery at the yard.• Ensuring safety of the boats, vessels that are already docked at the water front of the yard.• Ensure tenants and contractors maintain their work areas in a tidy manner, attend to unauthorized storage and parking on the site.
