Working on BGP VxLAN EVPN solutions where I contribute to the Design, Development, and Testing of Complex VxLAN features for Cisco Nexus 9000 data center switches.L2RIB (L2 Routing Information Base), BGP- L2RIB - L2RIB is a component in the VxLAN EVPN solution. Its central database works on a pub-sub model where clients register as a producer/consumer for VxLAN EVPN routes, it holds route information such as MAC, MAC-IP, Path-list, Peerid, FHS, and ESI routes. - EVPN ESI + MH - Added support for MAC-IPv6 Link-Local Address mobility and IT execution. - EVPN Group Policy - Sharing the ESG tag with Mac and MAC-IP routes over the control plane. - UMR (Unknown Mac Route) - Design discussions. - FHS (First Hop Security) - DHCP-snooping, Dynamic ARP Inspection (DAI), Dynamic ND Inspection (DNI), and IP Source Guard (IPSG) security features are restricted to a single switch. With DHCP snooping DB (FHS route) populated across the fabric, these features will work in an EVPN VXLAN environment where a host that has been authenticated on one VTEP can move to another VTEP. - EVPN Blackhole - Blackhole filtering has been used to mitigate DDOS attacks, especially in the service provider network. It involves matching traffic destined to the victim and using a Null route (or black-hole route) which is a network route that goes nowhere to drop the traffic. - Bug Triages/Fixes and UT automation using the PyATS framework.

Improved the IPv6 module and fixed bugs in the Google Wifi's networking stack.Adding new features to the stack such as IPv6 only environment for Google Wifi.Creating a design document and upgrading DHCPCD to include OS-specific features (e.g., dbus support).

Porting of the Networking stack of Chromium OS to OpenWRT(x86 and Dakota board), configuration of the kernel(enabling features), building the OS, and flashing it to the device.Customizing different daemons for optimization, removing unnecessary features from the daemon. Writing the daemon that combines the functionality of two daemons into one.Understanding OS internals, finding bugs in the networking stack, and fixing them. ARP and DHCP functionality checking and fixing issues.

It was my responsibility as President to ensure smooth conduct of various Institute and departmental activities, coordinate with different departments to organize events. In my tenure, we organized a National level TechSymposium, a Freshers' party, and a State level coding competition.
