Project Management  Handling project activities and drawing specifications with the clients to ensure drawings are as per the specifications of clients.  Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of deals (techno commercial) & finalization of requirements, estimates for smooth execution of projects. Preparing and reviewing progress reports on daily/ weekly and monthly basis as well as recording and maintaining documentation as per project requirement. Finalization of requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators / promoters as well as project scheduling including material & manpower planning. Erection & Commissioning Managing overall activities for erection and commissioning of a wide range of equipments. Testing, Pre – Commissioning and commissioning of all types of power plants excluding nuclear.  Coordinating with the inspection during project stage. Interfacing and coordination between the client and sub contractor.Operations & Maintenance Identifying areas of obstruction / bottlenecks & taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools. Overseeing repair & overhaul of all power plant machinery Site Supervision & Coordination Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs and methodologies of construction & coordination with Site Management. Co-ordination among consultants, contractors and clients as well as with Fabrication, Erection and Execution department for follow up for drawing approval.People Management Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and achieving the group targets. Sustaining the existing Man power with technical programs according to their skill and knowledge and making organization charts.Specialties: More than 36 Year’s experience in all phases of thermal power plant like erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance.
