Responsible for managing the product grooming sessions to keep the backlog items ready for upcoming sprints. Responsible for managing the delivery of the successful product features by carrying out the process of testing the delivered product features & its data. Directly responsible for managing the multiple products backlog & getting its ready for sprints according to its priority defined by you to meet the product owner roadmap targets. Ensures project related risks (both project and operational) are raised, discussed, and tracked within the agreed risk management framework Responsible to build & improve processes.
