Roles & Responsibilities- Managing affiliate business which is through direct publishers or through affiliate networks to increase traffic, transactions, brand presence- Identify, source and manage affiliate partnerships with the goal of driving revenue- Creating and implementing monthly target plans for affiliates to maintain and exceed monthly revenue targets- Monitor affiliate partner activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase revenues- Expertise in handling all performance campaigns - CPS,CPL, CPI, CPV- Strong knowledge of Affiliate business and management of Affiliate Platforms- Knowledge of E-commerce and coupon sites- Daily co-ordination with affiliates over call or Skype to scale up and shift on the existing campaigns.- Helping team in monthly validations & payments process.

- Managing CPS and CPL campaigns delivery by recruiting new & increasing performance from the existing affiliates.- Maintaining strong personal relationship with all tier publishers through quality services.- Analyzing daily reports of publishers and resolving their issues over mail and Skype chat.- Daily co-ordination with affiliates over call or Skype to scale up and shift on the existing campaigns.- Helping team in monthly validations & payments process.
