Project: Modular OIP Bushings up to 245 kV.1. Design of condenser bushings.2. Perform simulations of dielectric and thermal analyses through FEM-based softwares.3. Prepare documentation and perform simulation validation for the test measurements.4. Knowledge on the manufacturing process of OIP Bushings.5. Transient overvoltage analysis on the condenser of the bushings.6. Witness and provide technical support for the quality department on the shop floor during condenser failure RCA.7. Support to prepare documentation on technical provisions, and dielectric and thermal reports for the new portfolio bushing components.

1. Provide technical advice to Xair Energy Sdn Bhd related to condition monitoring testing methods on transformers. 2. Perform magnetostatic, electrostatic, eddy current, and transient overvoltage simulation on high voltage equipment for life estimation/degradation.3. Perform theoretical validation based on the transformer design along with simulation results for validation with measurements.4. Perform simulation validation for the experimental measurements and prepare in-detail documentation with interpretation for the customer.5. Act as liaison technical specialist and representative for Xair Energy Sdn Bhd whenever required.6. Provide research expertise to Xair Energy Sdn Bhd and their clients on related domains.
