• Medium Voltage Drive and Transformer sizing according to the customer applications like Pump, Fan, Conveyor, Starter, Compressor.• Tools like Drive smart and NEPLAN are used for drive sizing and analysis purpose.• Releasing the technical documents to manufacturing.• Pre installation site visit.• Technical support provided to Front end sales team on drive sizing and drive related queries.• As a part of global technical support team , I supported USA, Japan, Switzerland and Germany in various medium voltage drive projects involved in sizing, proposal and comments and deviation against customer specification.• Extending the back office support to USA MVD sales team for technical assistance and making technical proposals, comments and deviations.• Responsible for Commissioning relating to Excitation system design of Power plants (Only Global Projects)• Control engineering and Testing of Excitation panel at shop floor• Responsible for co-ordination with the Switzerland and USA team for the Project execution.• Involved in the Software engineering of the project using the Programming software Compact control builder and tools like PEC tool, etc.

 Responsible for Developing PLC and HMI Programs for new development Machines. Engaged in Suitable selection of Electrical components for machines (like Circuit breakers, Sensors, Push buttons, PLC I/O’s, Inverters, opto couplers, diode modules) Involved in Preparation of Electrical circuit diagram using AutoCAD & development of Product Structure Preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) for the control Panel and the machine Proficient in Commission and Trouble shoot new Prototype machines plus Responsible for Software up grades. Maintaining a close Co-ordination with other Supply Chain Teams for the development manufacturing and testing the Proto type machine
