During the period of oral admission ESC Rennes, we received nearly 5000 candidates. During the first month of the internship we prepare the arrival of the candidates. I participated in the prospection of partners, commercial and car rental. We have redesigned the logistics and transportation of candidates, from their arrival at the station or airport, during their trips to the restaurant and their homes. They were staying at the hotel and at the inhabitant's. They were then distributed throughout the city of Rennes. We then had to group them according to their sector, in order to establish the most efficient routes. We had to make sure that the candidates spend their oral in the best conditions and make them discover ESC Rennes. I developed my business skills and good stress management.
