Resolves client issues and complaints in a positive manner that builds business and enhances client loyalty while adhering to Company policies & procedures. Promotes and sells Geek Squad services. Performs repairs, upgrades and related Services.Provides technical information to clients on available products & services to meet their needs Educates client to prevent similar problems (RTC), if applicable. Processes client transactions, entry of work orders/billing into company systems on a timely basis. Orders parts/accessories as required to fill client orders, completing documentation & maintaining records as per SOP.

Assist clients to change, backup and setup a new mobile device like Black berry, Apple IOS devices, Android Mobiles Diagnostics of existing devices for virus removal, hardware repair, setup Customer service which includes but not limited to explaining them about different devices, various platform on they operate and which one to choose for best needs
