Job Profile at Rediff - Corporate office - as General ManagerDirect reporting to Group CFOMIS & BUDGETReview and finalization of Corporate office budget in consultation with Group CFOSupervising the consolidation of group companies budget and presenting the same to Group CFO and Group CEOReview of consolidated budgets of branch officesPresenting consolidated and individual budgets of offices to Group CFO and Group CEO Monthly review of branch office performances - MIS vis a vis Budget and presenting it to the Group CFO & Group CEOPreparation of presentations for the Board meetings AUDITSupervising the consolidation and finalizing of Statutory and Tax Audit of the companyPreparation of Annual Accounts of the company along with schedulesCo - ordination for Internal Audit with all the officesReview of Internal audit report with Group CFOCORPORATE TAXATIONAdvance tax & FBT working for paymentSupervising and providing required details for IT scrutiny to the Tax auditorsCoordinating with Tax auditors for finalization of tax auditDevelopment of existing Accounting system (Financial accounting software) towards automisation of regular activitiesContinuous review and updating the internal processes in consultation with Group CFODesigning various templates for management reporting (viz. Dashboard, Seat cost template, etc)

Job Profile MIS & BUDGETING Compilation of MIS data and preparation of MIS statements. Ensure the timely and accurate reporting on MIS to management. Periodic review and analysis of MIS for management perusal and policy decision. Preparation of quarterly forecast and budgets.; ACCOUNTS Ensure the compliances with all applicable legal and tax requirements such as TDS, Service Tax etc. Preparation of monthly payroll data and submission of Human Resource Utilisation Statements to management.
