1. Daily reporting to HR plant Head with respect to following reports :- Handling 400 plus Employees, Creating and maintaining database/ files/ records on employee details- Late coming report- Absenteeism report- Extra working Hours report- Daily Attendance Report - Leave and Attendance management - Making Appointment/Joining letters/Conducting Induction- Making Reliving & Service letters - Full & Final of Left employee.- Maintaining different kind of confidential files. - Completing joining formalities, getting employee set up- workstations allocation and, ID cards solving day to day issues of employees related to attendance, leaves, extra working and any other Issues under HOD direction.2. Handling Contract Labour :- Contract labour daily Attendance report- Daily Manpower Monitoring report- Contractual Manpower Bill checking - Making Overtime report - Absenteeism report - Recruiting required manpower on contract - Solving day to day issues of contract labour- Creating and maintaining database/ files/ records of contractor.- Making agreements and purchase order of any new vendor. - Monitoring House Keeping- Security Administration. 3. Legal Compliances Work : - Handling Domestic enquiry as a company Co-ordinator on low production. - Making some letters like Show cause letter, Charge Sheet, Suspension letter etc. - Statutory Compliance work 4. Training & Development :- Making annual Training calendar- Maintaining training feedback form- Maintaining training attendance sheet.- Arranging training for employees as per schedule. - Training Hall Booking by using Outlook.

Major Responsibilities 1. Daily reporting to HR Manager and plant Head with respect to following reports-Handling 800 plus Employees, Creating and maintaining database/ files/ records on employee details-Late coming report-Absenteeism report-Extra working Hours-Daily Attendance Report -Leave and Attendance management - Maintaining different kind of confidential files.- Completing joining formalities ,getting employee set up- workstations allocation and email IDS, ID -Solving day to day issues of employees related to attendance, leaves, extra working and any other Issues under HOD and plant head direction 2. worked in General Affairs Department - Supervising security & housekeeping employees - Handling company drivers & vehicles related work- Responsible for uniform shoes, aprons & caps to canteen boys- Keeping Daily Attendance of (HK, Security, Canteen, Garden) Workers.- Celebrating salary day & organizing Salary Day Quiz for Employee - Giving best Security Award for motivating them.
